2010 Huali’s supplier annual meeting was held as scheduled in Changzhou Changxing Ramada Parkview hotel on 2011.01.08. The supplier annual meeting is Huali’s traditional activity. It provides a good communication interactive platform for suppliers and our company. Hundreds of suppliers across the country attended this annual meeting, a few of suppliers that are not in the invitation list also participated in enthusiastically. It fully reflected Huali’s leading role and market credibility in the lubrication industry.
  During this annual meeting, Cheng Yong, our General Manager, expressed heartfelt thanks to every supplier for their attendance and formally announced that Huali has accomplished the output of RMB280million yuan in 2010.
  Our General Manager, Mr. Cheng Yong, said that Huali’s total output value had reached to RMB281million yuan, and total sales value had reached to 280million, which is increased by 9.6% than last year; Huali has rearranged organization structure, enhanced the company’s running efficiency, and grasped the company’s weak links, carried out internal specific work, improve the staff’s executive force; At the same time Huali implemented ERP management, and the first period was completed, providing the foundation for digital management. It will also start to carry out tht second period. In the meantime it also exposed some problems in our company: 1.Sales order was relative unstable, and the sales internal management and market planning should be further enhanced; 2.Production quality problems were obviously improved, but the manufacturing stability and persistence should be further enhanced; 3. The arrival rate of purchased parts to Huali’s inventory still need to be improved; 4. The design stability and audit efforts of the technical department did not reach the expected level.
  Then, the Purchasing Manager Li Quanxin, Quality Director Zhu Jinhua, Production Director Wang Xiaojun, Technical Director Sun Jianming made reports about some problems of each department, while confirming the performance of their departments, these leaders still believe that in year 2011, Huali will improve the existing problems with new status and attitude, and make Huali team a higher improvement with solidary cooperation.
Supplier representatives made a statement in succession and they will grow up together with Huali in the new year, and hope to form strategic partnership with Huali to witness the wonderful future of Huali. With the music, the company leaders awarded the qualified supplier medals for all suppliers.
  The two-day supplier meeting ended in a warm and harmonious atmosphere.
