Suppliers’ annual meeting in 2009 was held in Jinling Mingdu Hotel as scheduled
Supported by all the company staff, this annual meeting was successfully held which all departments work together to prepare from the arrangement for the conference agenda, gifts procurement to successfully holding the meeting.
It is a tradition for Huali to hold annual meetings, which provide a good platform for suppliers. There were 90 participants all across the country, and even those who were not on the list participated actively, it really reflects Huali’s leading role in the lubrication industry.
Suppliers signed in on January 8th, and 90% participants were showed that day, the rest were delayed by late arrival of planes or some other reasons, but all took part in the conference on 9th. Director Cheng Hongyu came to the welcoming dinner on 8th and gave a toast to visitors from afar. Participants enjoyed the very special night, chatted, drank joyfully.
In a warm and friendly mood, the meeting started on time on January 9th, and all seats are occupied. Adhering to the theme of “integrity, development, innovation, creativity, cooperation, co-progress, all-win”, our general manager Cheng Yong, purchasing director Li Quanxing, and manager assistant Zhu Jinhua, production director Wang Xiaojun, quality supervisor Gu Hongfang and chief technical engineer Sun Jianmin all made speeches, introducing our achievements and problems in 2009, giving opinions and suggestions about the work in 2010.
Three outstanding suppliers expressed their thanks and supporting to Huali all these years, they would, as always, perform well and keep pace with Huali, progressing together, facing challenges together. Our company also gave high recognition and presented certificates to 10 excellent suppliers.
The symposium in the afternoon was held in two different groups, one consisted of Sun Jianming, Liu Xiaoxun, and Yu Bohua, the other was composed of Li Quanxin, Xu Lifeng, and Yu Zhongliang, exchanging their opinions about the delivery, quality, and after service of companies like Funke heat exchanger, Taiyuan Besker, and Tianjin industrial pump in the year of 2009. These three companies promised they would correct the shortcomings and strive to be excellent suppliers.
The two-day-meeting rounded off in a harmony and satisfactory way, Huali expects a more coordinated cooperation and makes a win-win result with all suppliers in 2010.
