Elliott visited our company on April 27th
On April 27th, accompanied by senior application engineer Lai Ping and sales manager Gu Wenjing and He Jiang from Beijing representative office, the global purchasing director from Elliott, Ryuichi Kontani, quality director Hiroo Wakasugi, visited our company. Our vice president Sun Jianming, production director Wang Jiaojun, leaders from sales and project department all accompanied the inspection visit.
We firstly showed them our company history and current situation by PPT, they are interested and questioned us about the company size, technical capacities, customer base, and quality control, and they are very impressed when they heard that we are the one of the largest and superior technology-owned companies in lubrication industry in China and also a qualified supplier to Mitsubishi, Atlas, Man Turbo, GE, Linde and other World Top 500 enterprises across China. They even thumbed up knowing we are exporting to India, Italy, and France, and enjoy quite a good reputation both at home and abroad.
Then they visited our workshop, where we gave them a bright and direct sight about our products. They kept asking technicians about the manufacturing process and checked products components, even squeezed into the oil tank to inspect welding technology. They highly commended our 5S management ideas and advised on the on-site management of production environment. They were surprised by our oil station offering to Man Turbo and said they never saw such huge oil station, what they had are small sizes of 100-200 liters exclusively importing from abroad. They were very confident about our capacity and believed we would definitely manufacture as good oil station as foreign countries in near future, so they would purchase from Huali in Chinese market.
Finally, they asked about our quotation process, computer graphics, welding process and a series of production issues, and we all gave them specific explanation and description. The two sides communicated in a warm and friendly atmosphere, we were mutually satisfied with each other. Huali will be a qualified supplier to Elliott and achieve a win-win result in the future cooperation.
