LUBE OIL SYSTEM ACCUMULATOR |
|
|
1.General Description
Lube oil system accumulator is a kind of significant and indispensable hydraulic auxiliary
parts in hydraulic system. Its function are storing energy, stabilizing
pressure, removing pulsation, absorbing wallop and vibrations, compensating
capacity and leaking etc.
2. Applications
1)Storing Energy
Accumulators are widely used in the field of auxiliary energy. On one hand, it
stores the hydraulic oil, which flows out from the discontinuous pumps.
On the other hand, it releases the fluid, which is above pump capacity to
discontinuous load. Therefore, accumulator’s application makes the devices of
pumps miniaturized and save energy.
2)Absorbing (Removing) Pulsation
Accumulators can absorb the pulsation that is produced by pressure fluid
discharged from all kinds of pumps. It is able to make the hydraulic pipeline
without the influence from pressure, noise and vibration.
3)Absorbing (Alleviating) wallop
In hydraulic circuit, owing to the emergency switch or sudden changes of loads,
impact pressure will be produced in pipeline which causes noise and pipeline
breakage.
Then accumulators can absorb (alleviate) strikes.
4) Compensating Leaking
During working condition of pressure control circuit and pressure upkeep, it
will cause drop in pressure to compensate internal and external leaking. Using
accumulators can keep constant pressure.
5) Compensating Capacity
In closed circuit, temperature changes will cause liquid volume changes and the
rise and drop of internal pressure. The application of accumulator can reduce
pressure changes.
Then it will protect valve, gasket and pressure gauge from malfunction.
6) Absorbing Vibration
Accumulators will absorb the mechanical vibrations in hydraulic system. The
spring action, which is produced by the gas in accumulators, can reduce wallop
and vibrations from cars and other vehicles.
7) Balancing Action
Accumulators can be used as balancers. The gas pressure of accumulators will
balance the weight and wallop of products and machines on an even keel.
8) Fluid Separator
Generally accumulators can separate two mediums (Nitrogen and Oil in hydraulic
application). But when having no choice but to pressure transport between two
kinds of insoluble liquid, accumulators can also be applied.
