weight, easy to maintain and overhaul, it belong to advanced level in cooler.
GLC type: heat exchange tube use red copper finned tube, water side gallery
use float tube plate type of double-barreled process; coefficient of the heat
exchange >350W/m2. ℃. GLL:heat exchange tube use brass bare pipe or stainless
steel bare pipe, water side gallery also use float tube plate type of
double-barreled process; coefficient of the heat exchange>230W/m2. ℃
GLL5、GLL6、GLL7 have two types of horizontal and vertical,technical function are
the same. Vertical dimensions shall conform GLL-L type outside drawing and
size list.
The shell and tube oil cooler gas cooler is designed
and manufactured as per JB/T7356-2005 standard; The product is applied to thin
oil lubrication device of the departments of metallurgy、diggings、light
industry、electric power、chemical industry, in hydraulic station and oil
pressure equipment, let the work oil cooling to required temperature; the
operating temperature of cooler ≤100℃; use viscosity grades for N10~460; but the
viscosity of GLC type ≤N100.

The product can design and manufacture as per GB151 standard and USA TEMA
standard, use all-steel structure, the working pressure of oil side is 1.6M pa,
working temperature 100℃. The product have theadvantages of energy
conservation、efficient、safe and reliable, it applies to steam turbine generator
unit、compressor unit、fan、pump package and the duplex oil cooler of petroleum
chemical industry, it can also applies to oil cooling system which need
duplex.
Refering to the requirement of API614 standard, oil cooler uses the structure of
duplex, it consists of two symmetrical oil cooler of the same area and two
three-way valve device. One work, another one reserved, every oil cooler can
assume the cooling load of the overall system, a head of tube plate fixed and
another one float, the tube bundle and tank cover of hydroecium are knock-down
so that washing, check and maintain during operation. The material quality
of oil cooler can have multiple choice according to the use of place and the

and so on. The three-way valve adopt steel welded structure continue flow
change-over valve. The valve can’t cause interrupt of oil-way when breaking
down in internal structure or the period of valve transform.
